Dr. Srinivasan Vaidyanathan (Sri) is a C-Suite executive that has amassed over 28 years of experience in IT services industry. As the CEO of Tigma, Sri's remit includes Client Relationship Management, Business Operations, and Global Delivery enablement. Sri has formed newer inroads into business establishing Tigma as a trusted partner to its customers. He has put in an eco-system that had its customers and employees work in tandem to achieve their common goals. He has driven Business Units towards organizational goals in managing client engagements well with optimal operational efficiencies.
In his past antecedents in Cognizant and Capgemini, Sri had had progressive, managerial and leadership experience in high visibility and multifaceted portfolio roles & responsibilities. He had led large-scale software deliveries for several flagship customers that cut across Industrial Sectors and US, UK, Europe and Middle East geographies. He passionately had set BHAG for long-term success of his departments, nurtured client relationships and managed distributed, cross-functional, multi-cultural and self-contained virtual teams in realizing the goals. A continuous learner and an education enthusiast, Sri has 4 multi-disciplinary degrees under his belt. He has a PhD in Management from VIT, Vellore and MS in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani. He has an EMBA in Marketing from Kuvempu University and a BSc in Physics from Bharathidasan University. His PhD thesis is in the areas of Knowledge Sharing through Social Media, Knowledge Creation and Individual Performance in IT Organizations. To his credit, he has published key research papers and book chapters in the areas of Knowledge Management and Software Engineering, in reputed International Journals and Publications.
